FluoroTechniques manufactures MICRO-O porous hydrophobic PTFE membranes in various standard forms and also performs R&D for specific applications. We supply our materials in sheets, rolls, tubing, and discs. We also die cut, heat seal, and manufacture to customer requirements.
Our unique unsupported material is supplied in controlled pore volumes from 60% to 90%, and in thicknesses from 0.010" to 0.300". Its exceptional physical characteristics, small pore sizes, high particle retention, and excellent flow rates at these high void contents are attributed to the techniques involved in processing the material, providing a continuous, uniform homogeneous structure.
Possibilities for its use are considerable, not only in new areas but in the replacement of other materials which may cost more, have a shorter life, or perform less satisfactorily.
